Why These Guidelines Matter

Following your body sculpting session, your body begins an internal detox and reshaping process. These simple but powerful habits can help maximize your results and keep your body in fat-burning, sculpt-supporting mode.

1. Hydration is Key

Water helps flush out broken-down fat through your lymphatic system. Skip the soda, juice, or tea — stick to 8–10 glasses of water daily to support detox and metabolism.

2. No Alcohol

Alcohol makes your liver work overtime. Skip it post-treatment so your body can focus on metabolizing fat — not processing alcohol.

3. Avoid Caffeine

Caffeine can constrict blood vessels and slow lymphatic drainage. For best results, limit or avoid coffee and energy drinks around treatment days.

4. Time Your Meals Wisely

Arrive with an empty stomach or fasted (lightly) to help your body prioritize fat processing over digestion during treatment.

5. No Anti-Inflammatories

Skip medications like aspirin or ibuprofen right before or after your appointment unless prescribed. They can interfere with your body’s natural fat release and detox response.

6. Dry Brushing Recommended

Dry brushing stimulates circulation and your lymphatic system. It’s a gentle way to help your body detox more efficiently — and it feels good too.

7. No Intense Heat Post-Treatment

Avoid hot tubs, saunas, and very hot showers for at least 24 hours. Extreme heat can cause inflammation and slow your recovery. Warm water is fine.

8. Eat Clean

Stick to low-carb, low-sugar meals for the first 24–48 hours after your session. Too much sugar or starch can cause your body to store new fat, counteracting your progress.

9. Move Your Body

Light activity like walking or stretching helps boost circulation and keeps the lymphatic system flowing. The more you move, the better your body can flush out toxins and fat
